The Whitfield House is a bright and airy 100+ year old house in the small village of Milford. The garden is filled with ornamental trees that give privacy and shade the deck. A large gas grill is ready for your summer barbecues.

Cooperstown and fifteen minutes from Oneonta. Less than a minute's
walk takes you to a deli, bank, restaurant,
post office, park, and the Milford Depot of the historic Cooperstown & Charlotte Valley Railroad.

Whitfield House is a spacious guest house from the
Victorian era. Located on Route 28 in the village
of Milford about 8 miles from Cooperstown and 3½ miles
from Dreams Park. Within a short walking distance
are two restaurants, a microbrewery, a bank, and the
Milford Park which has a baseball field and playground. |
