The Ostrander House is a
four bedroom, two bath house built in the late 1800's
which has been updated leaving much of the handsome
original woodwork. The scenic 25 minute drive to
Cooperstown Dreams park takes you along the east
shoreline of beautiful Otsego Lake. Lake rights
allow you access to Otsego Lake for swimming or boating
just south of the state park entrance, just a few
minutes from the house. |

The house has a spacious
living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen and full
bathroom (with clawfoot tub/shower combination), and a
stacked washer/dryer on the first floor. On the
second floor is another full bathroom, two bedrooms with
a queen bed in each, one bedroom with a full bed and the
fourth bedroom with bunk beds. A futon is also
available as an extra bed. All necessary bedding
and towels are supplied. Housekeeping is not
provided. No
Smoking, No Pets and
No Team Parties.

This spacious and partially shaded back yard is a great
place for the kids to play and for you to relax on the
summer furniture and barbecue on the gas grill. Air conditioners keep the place comfortably cool! |

This house
could easily be shared by two smaller families or used
as a convenient retreat for a larger family with
grandparents or aunts and uncles. Maximum
occupancy is nine people.
The Ostrander House is
located on County Route 31 at the intersection with
State Route 20, next door to KC's Corner Restaurant. |
