| The
Emerald is a spotless three bedroom, two bath house. The
living room has a telephone and satellite TV, and a VCR (with
over 100 tapes for viewing) and spacious dining area.
The eat-in kitchen is complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave,
coffee pot, etc. and a laundry center with washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached full bathroom.

At the opposite end of the house are
two additional bedrooms, each with a full sized bed, and another
full bathroom. Because of the layout of the house, it is
an idea place for families bringing grandparents or for sharing
with another couple. A deck with gas barbecue and summer furniture is conveniently
located off the kitchen. The house is well cooled with
window air conditioners. |

| The
