Welcome to Annie's Paradise, where local history and country comfort come together! They are located in an area referred to as the Otsdawa, settled over 200 years ago. The Otsdawa is located between Oneonta and Otego, minutes away from Cooperstown and Otsego County's attractions.

When the Otsdawa was a small frontier settlement, this area played home to a blacksmith shop, a general store, and a one room schoolhouse. Nearby there was a grist mill, a post office and carriage house that provided overnight stays.
This picturesque house has a small eat-in kitchen, dining room, spacious living room with TV and sofabed, and a bathroom on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with two twin beds. The house is equipped with all bedding and towels, washer and dryer and kitchen necessities. Free local and long distance phone since some cell phones to not work well in this area. Housekeeping is not provided.
When you've had your fill of baseball, soccer, museums and shopping, come home to Annie's Paradise. You can hike through 95 acres of trails over hills and through woodlands, fish in the large pond, or relax on the spacious porch in the hot tub and study the Milky Way when night falls.
