		Al's Standing Bear Ranch is a private country home, bright with windows, only about 10 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park, All Star Village or Baseball World. An additional "bunkhouse" can comfortably hold three additional people. Surrounded by woods and nature, but only a short drive to the baseball games. Only 10 minutes to Dreams Park! Satellite TV and AC Suitable for up to five people

Whether you're coming to this area for the Baseball Hall of Fame, Dreams Park, Glimmerglass Opera, Soccer Hall of Fame, Fenimore Art Museum, or the Farmer's Museum, the Standing Bear Ranch is ideally located just minutes between Oneonta and Cooperstown in the heart of Leatherstocking Country. The living area and kitchen are filled with light - completely surrounded with huge windows and topped with skylights in the cathedral ceiling.		The kitchen is completely equipped with dining area ajoining it. A comfortable seating area holds a satellite TV, DVD/VCR. All necessary bedding and towels are supplied. There is a washer and dryer. Housekeeping is not provided. Maximum occupancy is 5 people (including the adjacent bunk house). Most cell phones work well in this area.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and also a satellite TV.		The small bunk bedroom is suitable for just one child.


		The kids will love the bunkhouse! The bunk house (just across the driveway - 40ft) - ideal for older children - a large bedroom with bunkbeds and a gas fireplace for a chilly night and a screened porch. No AC necessary here under the shade of the trees.
