The Nazarene is 1/4 mile from Gilbert Lake State Park (with swimming, fishing, boating, and hiking), less than 25 minutes (traffic-free) drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park and 15 minutes to Cooperstown All Star Village or Baseball World. A 7 minute drive takes you into the village of Laurens, with a convenience store and a pizza parlor.

This house has an eat-in kitchen, large formal dining room, living room with TV and telephone.

There are four bedrooms:

   king, two twin - downstairs

   queen and queen - upstairs 

Three of the bedrooms have satellite TV.

There is a full bathroom downstairs and another full bath upstairs. This spacious house is well able to handle a family of eight comfortably.

All necessary bedding and towels are included . A washer and dryer are located in the basement. Housekeeping is not provided.

A gas barbecue and summer furniture are close to the kitchen on a covered patio at the back of the house. Enjoy breathtaking views of the fields and rolling hills and wildlife (many deer and turkey) from the deck. Air conditioners keep the place comfortably cool!
