The Milford House is an 18-room, well kept, spacious, 100+ year old house in the small village of Milford. The sheltered front porch is ideal for watching the world go by. The old carriage house from the horse and buggy era is attached to the back. The apartment is airy and bright with front and back entrance and large windows.

The village of Milford is 10 minutes from Cooperstown and 5 minutes from Dreams Park.  Less than a minute's walk takes you to the Corner Store Deli, restaurant, bank, post office and village park.  Walk to the Susquehanna River, an excursion railroad, and a microbrewery.

Whitfield House & Park Place are just around the corner from the Milford House.  Techa's, Busy Bee and Hendrick's House are a short walk away. A great way to be close to other team families!

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and all dishes and utensils. Kitchen is open to the dining area and living room.

The apartment is fully furnished and air conditioned.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and attached full bathroom.

The second bedroom has a queen bed.

The third bedroom has three twin beds.  Another full bathroom is located off the living area.

Bedding and towels are provided. Housekeeping is not provided.

The large lawn is ready for summer barbecues with gas grills and furniture.
