		We call it the Little House, but that's just in name, because it offers BIG value to Dreams Park's families. Located a scenic 15 minute drive to the baseball camp and 10 minutes to the Baseball Hall of Fame, the Little House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open style living room, dining room and kitchen.


The comfortable living room has a TV with DirecTV satellite service, DVD player, WiFi satellite internet service, a cozy recliner and a pull-out couch.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook beans and franks to a gourmet meal. Open plan is light and bright with windows.


To make your stay more convenient, we provide the following at no charge: All linens, blankets, pillow, pillow cases, towels, washcloths, coffee pot and filters, microwave, toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates and cups, dish soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, garbage pickup, gas grill.


		Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds; the third bedroom has a full sized bed. There is a laundry area with a brand new high efficiency washer and dryer. We provide free land line telephone service to supplement your cellular service. The house is fully air conditioned with window units in each bedroom and in the main living area.

A small covered deck off the kitchen has a gas barbecue. There is plenty of room for games in the backyard - a quiet and safe area for the kids. You are also able to use our front yard area, which is just a short walk away.

We received many compliments about the Little House from last year's visitors, especially those who enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surrounding hills away from the main roads and crowds. It is a short, scenic drive to the Dreams Park, the quaint Village of Cooperstown, and all other local attractions.
