Country living at its best - and less than 20 minutes to Dreams Park. Kenyon acres is meticulously maintained - beautiful lawns, pathways through the acres to a beautiful pond with paddleboat - boating, swimming, fishing. This spacious and bright house has a completely equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, living room, four bedroom, two bathrooms. .

The bedrooms have all the necessary linens and towels. The master bedroom has a very spacious attached bathroom, a queen bedroom is off the sunken living room, a third bedroom has two twin beds and the fourth bedroom has a trundle bed (two twins). A full bathroom is off the hallway.

Relax on the back deck with summer furniture and gas grill. Explore the trails throughout the property. Stop at the pond for fishing, paddleboating and swimming - with picnic area and campfire, with permission.

Cell phones work well in this area. There is also a house phone. Local calls are free. You will need to use a calling card for long distance calls.
